As early as possible. Popular weekends and peak seasons fill quickly. Last-minute requests may be available depending on schedule and design scope.

A signed agreement and a non-refundable 25% retainer are required to reserve your date. Dates are not held without both.

Yes. Most installs include professional delivery and setup. Travel fees may apply based on location.

Yes. Grab-and-go garlands are available for pickup and are a great option for smaller events.

Yes, but weather matters. Heat, wind, and direct sun can affect balloon lifespan and appearance. Outdoor designs are planned accordingly.

For safety and quality, installs cannot be completed in severe weather. If possible, we’ll move the setup indoors or adjust the design.

Retainers are non-refundable because materials and prep are completed in advance. We will work with you on reasonable adjustments when possible.

Yes! Tumblers can be personalized with names, colors, themes, photos, or designs to make it your own.

Turnaround time depends on the design and current order volume. Please order ahead when possible, especially for gifts or special events.
