Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Popular weekends and peak seasons fill quickly. Last-minute requests may be available depending on schedule and design scope.
How do I secure my event date?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 25% retainer are required to reserve your date.
Dates are not held without both.
Can I make changes after booking?
Yes, small changes can often be accommodated if requested early. Design or size changes may affect final pricing.
Delivery, Setup & Install
Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes. Most installs include professional delivery and setup. Travel fees may apply based on location.
Do you offer grab-and-go options?
Yes. Grab-and-go garlands are available for pickup and are a great option for smaller events.
How long do balloon installs last?
ndoor installs often last several days or longer. Outdoor installs are more temporary and depend on weather conditions.
Weather & Outdoor Events
Can balloon installs be done outdoors?
Yes, but weather matters. Heat, wind, and direct sun can affect balloon lifespan and appearance. Outdoor designs are planned accordingly.
What if the weather is unsafe?
For safety and quality, installs cannot be completed in severe weather. If possible, we’ll move the setup indoors or adjust the design.
Are weather cancellations refundable?
Retainers are non-refundable because materials and prep are completed in advance. We will work with you on reasonable adjustments when possible.
Design & Customization
Can you match my event colors and theme?
Yes. All balloon designs are custom styled to match your color palette and event theme. Or as close as we can possibly match; your finally say so is what we go based off of.
Do you provide backdrops and props?
Yes — backdrop panels, pedestals, signs, and themed elements are available as add-ons. A rental fee will apply to all (as a whole set) or single items.
